Gerding Law Offices LLC was founded by Tim Gerding who was born in Columbia, MO in 1977 and has lived in “CoMo” most of his life. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2004, and was admitted to the Missouri Bar Association the same year. Before law school Mr. Gerding received his B.A. from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA, with Honors.
Over the past more than 20 years he has been practicing in this area, Mr. Gerding earned his reputation for strong client advocacy through an efficient, results-driven and personable approach to client service.
The firm practices in the areas of trial law, conflict resolution, outside general counsel, business law, real estate, commercial transactions, contract negotiation, formation and litigation, and for limited clients on a select basis: criminal law and personal injury.
Outside of work Mr. Gerding can be found enjoying time with his two kids, in theological studies, lap swimming or golfing.
